The hotel has a great location right in the heart of Manhattan — just a few minutes’ walk from Times Square and all the major attractions. We were also pleasantly surprised when the hotel offered us a complimentary future night due to a temporary issue with the elevator. It was a thoughtful gesture that showed they truly care about guest experience. The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative throughout our stay.

Great central location for getting around Manhattan--very close to two subway stations on different lines. Front desk staff very helpful, from providing extra coffee pods to booking a private car for getting to the airport. Room size is a little larger than usual for basic-level Manhattan hotels. Microwave and mini-fridge made it easy to stock up on essentials and make our own breakfast. (Whole Foods and Trader Joe's locations are fairly close. Room furnishings were decent but basic. We felt we got a little more value than we could find among comparable basic Manhattan hotel options. (Manhattan hotel prices were truly exorbitant in early December so our definition of value is strictly relative.)

I was on the 12th floor, and it was quiet. I felt safe secure inside the room. The beds were comfortable, and amenities were appreciated. The front desk and bell hops were welcoming and ready to help.

The location is AMAZING! You are close to most of the attractions, you can easily walk to so many places, including supermarkets, places to eat, things to visit, bars, parks, everything. It is very well positioned for the money you pay. We also got an amazing view of the city.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioning unit in the room and it was easy to work. Plenty of hot water available at all times. The luggage storage is a great facility also.

The place is in a very good area, so a lot of places are reachable by foot or metro (different stations are nearby). It is very important to me that the hotel and room were very clean, and beds were very convenient Also, staff was very helpful and kind, we had a technical issue, which was solved very quickly.

The location is convenient, and there’s a flower shop nearby, which can lift your spirits a bit when you pass by in the morning. On August 30, 2024, the female staff member who assisted me with my deposit inquiry at check-out was very friendly and provided clear answers. I experienced excellent service.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I've stayed for 2 weeks both times. The hotel is perfectly located 2 minutes walk away from the 1 train, which makes Times Square (Broadway shows) just a quick 2 stops away. There are great delis and drugstores like CVS within walking distance for your daily needs. The microwave and coffee maker in the room are a god send along with the refrigerator. The gym is perfect with all basic cardio machines and a free weights section (for those rainy/cold days) when you don't wanna go for those long walks admiring the beauty of New York City. The biggest strength of the property is its staff though. Everyone from JohnMary, Jenny, Fatima, Alisom (housekeeping), Manny. EVERYONE who works at this property is a treasure. Thank you for another lovely stay.
